Step One: Pre-inspection

This is our pre-inspection step. Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect your carpet. He/She will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results once we are complete

Step Two: Pre-spray

This is our pre-spray step. We use a preconditioning organic spray that is very safe for your family and pets. This green certified degreasing agent is applied to breakdown high traffic areas, soil and spots for a thorough cleaning.

Step Three: Soil Extraction and Rinse

This is the soil extraction and rinse step. The carpet is thoroughly rinsed with our powerful extraction carpet cleaning system without over wetting or leaving a residue behind.

Our extraction system is designed to not allow water to penetrate the backing of your carpet.

Step Four: Final Extraction

This is our final extraction stage. At this step we will go over your carpet with our powerful extraction system, without applying water, this enables the carpet’s moisture to be removed which aids in achieving quicker drying times.

Our janitorial technicians have been trained to use filtered water system that is mounted in all of our trucks. The trucks also feature a special extraction system to pull dirt and stains from your carpet.

Step Five: Post Spot

This is our dedicated spot step. Any treatable spots or stains still remaining will receive a one time extract treatment with one of our many solutions.

Step Six: Post Groom

This is our post groom step. During this step your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that your carpet is standing tall when we leave. The post grooming step help the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position.

Step Seven: Post Cleaning Inspection 

During this final step we will do post cleaning inspection. Our technicians will walk your home or office with you to point out the results making sure you are completely happy with our job.
